PROJECT PLANNING AND ENGINEERING ACTIVITY

Our project planning and engineering activity work involves arranging all project and engineering activities during the realisation of building works in the area of energetics, distribution systems, connections and transformer stations of low and high voltage while respecting the material standards of ČEZ Distribution. The division employs project planners with previous long term experience in the area which ensures both professional and high quality work. The project work is done under the leadership of an authorized person with authorization according to the law No. 360/1992 Col., as amended. The division deals with processing of project documentation and engineering work for all stages of construction with the focus on complex units. The project documentations and engineering work are provided in the following range:

• Securing the initial data and structure for the building plan
• Documentation for assigning the building (study)
• Documentation for general planning proceedings
• Documentation for building permit procedure
• Documentation for tenders for a building contractor
• Documentation for construction realization of a building project
• Contractor and installation documentation
• Documentation for sets of record drawings
• Architect’s and technical supervision

The project documentation preparation phase structures contain all the requirements under the Building Act. Along with the land or building management, we also arrange all necessary documentation from all the state administration organizations involved and we carry out negotiations with landowners, who are affected by the construction work in any way and which affect the structural design, along with the handling of easements under the Energy Act in the level of preliminary contract and easement agreements.
